NeuCam

The Cambridge Centre for Neuromorphic Computing Materials

We are very happy to announce a new UK network grant on  "Neuromorphic Materials and Devices for Future AI Hardware”,  which we call Neumat. It  was awarded to the Driscoll group, as well as to Adnan Mehonic (UCL), Giuliana Di Martino (Cambridge), Alex Serb (Edinburgh). We call our network grant NeuMat.

We have a number of players across the UK helping to lead the network on different aspects (as we cover all themes from the bottom to the top of the stack from materials to devices to circuits and systems to algorithms). We also have a distinguished International advisory board.

The network grant runs from Spring 2025 for 5 years and will host a number of activities to benefit ALL in the UK (academia and industry), including meetings, winter schools, a website with general public ‘ training’ information, other online promotional activities,  summer studentships, and a  roadmap.
